RSVP for the 2020 HHS Baseball Pre-season Banquet

Monday, Feb. 10 at 6:00 pm

HHS Freshman Academy Cafetorium

Mark your calendar for Monday, February 10th!  The pre-season banquet will be at 6:00 p.m. in the Freshman Academy Cafetorium. The meal will be catered by Little Rosie's and will cost $10 per person. You can make reservations and pay on-line (there will be a small processing fee for each ticket) or you can make reservations on-line and pay at the door.

We need EVERY person that is eating to please RSVP!  And you must pay for every RSVP even if the guest finds they can not attend the banquet as we will still have to pay for their meal.  Do NOT include your baseball player when you RSVP. Their meal is being donated by Little Rosie’s/Shaggys.   There will be a check-in table at the west entrance of the Freshman Academy Cafetorium.

This is always a fun night to honor and get to know our players and coaches. Coach Lamm has invited Beau Brooks to join the celebration.  Beau played at Huntsville High and graduated in 2005 and went to Troy University.  He was a 20th round pick by the LA Angels and went up to AAA in the Minor League System.

We are asking each family to donate a package of 20oz. POWERADE bottles to the concession stand. (not Gatorade—because we have the new Coca-Cola cooler in the concession stand we need to use Powerade). This helps with the cost of stocking the concession stand for the season. You may leave those just inside the west door of the Freshman Academy when you arrive for the banquet.

HHS Baseball Spirit Wear will also be available for purchase.

The Huntsville High Baseball Organization is excited about our upcoming season!  Together with your help, we've built a state-of-the-art locker room facility at our Huntsville High campus.  This new facility allows future (Junior Panthers) and current HHS players to enjoy team camraderie, develop good sportsmanship and celebrate our achievements.  Your commitment to the Huntsville High Baseball program is still needed.  Please consider making a contribution to reduce construction debt and assist with ongoing operating costs.  We look forward to continuing the winning tradition of HHS Panther Baseball, and we appreciate your support!
